PRACTICE MINDFULNESS IN LIFE


We all lead a life given by God.. Some lead a great life ,some has just normal and casual while others make it worse. Life has given all of us some share of good and bad events ,the difference is just that some has very less or some has very huge amount in different area of it. But somewhere we all suffered down the line in life , you can feel and see someone darkness and sometimes you just cannot figure out ,because we don't like to bother or they have managed it so well...  managing life greatest suffering is pretty tough at least very early stage of life specially if you not grown up with right mental attitude or does not have a strong human support it could be in terms of friends and family...  that why we are more prone to state what we are going through in life some people keep complaining life through out their ages, while some make command on their life...

Honestly we all have very different expecting from life ,what we want from us , our dream ,passion ,but we are so much in to all mess created around our life that we mostly keep our eyes off  from those wants ,hence over a period  of time we completely go deep down to that bad event, instead of making our desire complete..  I agree to happens with most of us  initially we all complain and get frustrate with situation because of early age , not spinal support or any thing.. But after consistent suffering and going through lot  of different phase of life  if we can come out of this means ,state a lot about we went deep inside the root.. 

I am also facing again some mental suffering from life.. Initially it was pretty tough to eliminate all these from your mind , but after giving a mind full though to my mind  i have realized life will come up difference of color its not necessary we all going to like  that color ..Since i have gone through some mental grinding  during my adolescent  age so i have realized the way i respond in all area of life  i was pretty scared to repeat same thing happening in life.. so what i decided it is  very important to all of us to sit with mindfulness and control suffering over our what we want from our beautiful life ,instead of just stating in front of every one about our current situation of different sections . we all have some .. All though its very tough , but once you start you will keep it forward and result you can feel that will make your life worth living. 

I do not how this practice inbuilt in my life ,the previous suffering might be the reason or either i have deep analyzed the respond and reaction of mine from that life happening and do not want to see again and a disturbing behavior of life...

I am not saying run away from problem but , come and face with mindfulness  and be a inspiring personality .Never let that suffering suffer you again ..

I feel whenever you watch or read something worth implementing in your life or actual looking for something to make changes for your betterment, you do not do it right way, unless or until same things cross your eyes multiple times. Its not today that i felt writing as my core passion as well as future profession  ,it was on very early in my head but simultaneously i was working for different (Travel) industry. We all know what we can do at best  and rest just average or simply just tough to do or doing with complete stress.Things we enjoy doing  gets more improved with period of time with consistence practice . Its very general human tendency, we share our passion,core desire with people around us some will come up with uplifting suggestions,some one will divert you sometimes at will come along with series of obstacles, while some people will direct you to referral courses, and some just not interested not some just do not have idea what you talking about they are complete unaware about your profession. One thing i have figured from all, there are lot of people and their total different level of thinking ,if you know what you are good at transport you in complete bliss ,then you should follow your intuitio
